I'm exactly like you so what I use is a darker eyeshadow so it'll be a little noticeable with my pale skin, like dark blue, green,purple, and such.

okay i love gray eyes!! lol anyways with a more toned look i suggest you use a type of foundation or light pink blush lighty though yuo can also wear light blue or pink eyeshadow around your eyes. hope it works!!!
