Just keep going up and stop when you hit your hairline. How can you put on eyeshadow for asian eyes?
Use very light pastel colors. You will not look stupid. I actually think with the right shadow and no crease, the asian girls look very cute. Use Loreal shadows because they stay on for a long time.
There are a few ideas....play with them and decide for yourself.

You can use a pale blue, white or silver pencil liner and outline your top eyelid close the lash line and either add a black or navy blue liquid eyeliner side-by-side or go pale and skip the dark liquid liner!

You could go smokey....and blend a soft grey/charcoal and use a black or navy blue liquid liner.

You could do a shimmery color like a metalic pink, gold, copper, silver all over your eyelids and use mascara

....or if you want to create a crease....then:

You could do that by using 3-4 colors, 1.) a dark color for contouring, 2.) light color to highlight and 3.) a middle shade to blend (more neutral) then you can add 4th for dramatic evening eyes or playful day eyes!

First step put an all over (med - neutral shade) shadow up almost to the brow.

Second place a thin highlighted rim right under the brow, this is going to be thinner then what others may usebut you need space for the dark shade and a space inbetween.

Third, open your eyes, and gently place the thin brush with the darker shade right above your eyeball, there is where you want to create a crease, before continuing gently close eye while using the thin brush (not the one that is provided in the eyeshadow case - it's too big) make an arc like a rainbow.

If you opt for fourth color only use it on the outer corner either top or bottom or both.
Use your finger to blend , you will have more control.
well i see hot chiccs at my school(asian chiics_ everyday n they manage id say try everyday wen you have no where ta go n nothing ta do ull find a way also id say just do it at first like a thicc eyeliner would look n the next time go a lil further like try n imagine a crease n where it would bee........but using the shadown on top like i lil thiccer then the liner would be seems cool i also seen this asian chicc i guess she figured she didnt have much eyelid so she put some eyeshadown under her eyes but it looked cute!
This information is taken directly from my website (Mary Kay), and it's a little easier to understand with pictures, but this is how to apply eye color to asain eyes specifically. Good luck :)

Step 1: Apply highlighter shade (1) on brow bone, lid and along inner third of lower lashes.

Step 2: Apply midtone shade (2) in crease starting at the outer corner and blend.

Step 3: Apply accent shade (3) and blend along top lashline and into outside half of crease. Apply along lower lashline.

Step 4: Glide eyeliner on along upper and (if desired) lower lashline. Soften with the Eyeliner/Eyebrow Brush, if desired.

Step 5: Apply mascara to upper and (if desired), lower lashes.
