You get a primer anywhere. Sephora has Urban Decay Primer Potion, and Too Faced Shadow Insurance which is really good. However, if you don't want to spend quite as much money you can try L'Oreal De-crease I hear that one is really good. Or if you want to try the cheapest possible and see if that works go to eyeslipsface.com (ELF) ...they have overall quality makeup and everything is only $1.
Thats primer. I use Urban Decay Primer Potion. It's $16, but it works magic. You put that on, then your eyeshadow, and it stays on all day, and it doesnt crease!
