Evey eyeshadow I use, its light and barely noticable and dull. I want a bright color!What's the best eyeshadow, that gives a great color?

The person who said wet the brush is right, most high end eye shadows these days are wet/dry so you can use them either way. This really makes a difference. You can also try Physicians Formula, they make a great shimmery line.
The reason your eyeshadows wind up light etc. is because you're using cheap stuff. Try using Chanel (top quality; top dollar) or Urban Decay. Urban Decay has some really bright, bold colors that POP. I don't know where else to find Urban Decay besides Sephora.

The best by far is BARRY M. Not a lot of people have heard of it but its totally great!





They do loads of really nice bright colours and have loads of shades of each colour too. They come in little pots. They last for agesssssss as you only need a tiny amount.





The colours are sooo fab. They do shimmery ones too.

Its a uk site but they post abroad cheaply and its all very fast.They loook sooo lovely on! The pink and the turquiose are fab!!!!

MAC, estee lauder and clinique are good brands, but if you want to go cheaper and still have good quality i would suggest prestige. you would find this brand at any drugstore.
