What is the best way to apply eyeshadow on pale skin?

Use bright blue and gold. It looks really good on me and I have really pale skin. In the summer when you're tan, use that as an oppourtunity to wear darker shades.What is the best way to apply eyeshadow on pale skin?

The same way as not-pale skin, brush it onto your lids. As for colors, don't go too dark, use pastels or other light colors, or else it will look too harsh.
