What color eyeliner or eyeshadow makes blue eyes pop?

i have bright blue eyes with long eyelashes (jeez i sound very conceited!! sorry!). I've heard that using the opposite color of your eyes (in this case brown-ish or copper) makes them pop. but i've also heard that using a darker color blue could make my blue eyes pop. any suggestions for the right color eyeliner and/or mascara?? thanks :)What color eyeliner or eyeshadow makes blue eyes pop?
Well you are correct that using the opposite color of another color does 'compliment' one another. That is why they are called ';complimentary'; colors.Yellow %26amp; Purple, Blue %26amp; Orange, Green %26amp; Red.

Using bronze, warm browns, copper, %26amp; other colors that have similar undertones are sure to make those blue eyes pop!

But using colors that are close to each other on the color wheel can also be pleasing to ones eye. Such as, blue %26amp; red make purple, so a deep purple eye liner will help make your blue eyes seem even brighter! Blue %26amp; yellow make green, so may be you should look into green eye shadows with a dark brown eye liner (or vise versa, green eye liner with a copper eye shadow).

However, you should also consider the 'shape' of your eyes as well. I would highly suggest visiting www.MaryKay.com, %26amp; try out their virtual makeover! It's fast, easy %26amp; free! I would suggest choosing a model instead of uploading your own picture, so you don't have to sign up for anything, %26amp; you can play as long as you like. Just choose which model shares the same eye shade as you (or as close as you can get) then start playing with eye shadows %26amp; eye liners! You can virtually see which colors make them pop %26amp; which ones don't, without having to keep putting on %26amp; taking off makeup.

Sorry for the many paragraphs! Good luck, %26amp; best wishes! What color eyeliner or eyeshadow makes blue eyes pop?
I actually have an almay eyeshadow trio for blue eyes it has a pearly kind of white/beige for the eyebrow bone part (under the eyebrow) then a dark brown for the crease, then a bronze (orange metallic) for the lid, it brings the blue out amazingly!!! I have naturally green/brown eyes, but I wear coloured contacts sometimes, and these eyeshadows for coloured eyes are spot on!
Black is the new everything, try not to overdo the eyeshadow otherwise it will look like you have a black eye! Plus natural is in so maybe stick with the black eyeliner if possible!!
same here! if u want them to be kinda subtle then use black liner and brown mascara/eyeshadow. if u want them to pop a little then use blue liner (sparingly!) and brown shadow and mascara. trust me. try it :)
bronze or blue works. Make sure the blue is done sparingly or else it will look outdatted.
It doesn't matter as long as you strike the eyeball with enough force.
using White eyeliner really makes the eyes stand out. U shud totally try it.

:-)
black eyeliner black eye shadow or bronze goldish
yes, opposites!! very good!

try browns and coppers, the extreme of those would be the golds and they will surely make ur eye colour pop!
try pink and brown: those colors would make a blue eyes stand out really well :)
