some companies (Mary Kay, for sure) has something call eyeshadow primer that works really good. It keeps the eyeshadow from getting into the creases and it also keeps the eyeshadow on longer and helps it blend in better. I could get this product for you because it is better if it comes through an Independent Sales Director. Just email me if you want it.
when your putting on your make-up, if you put ur foundation over your eyelids make sure its not too heavy and let it dry then put powder over it! its always good to invest in a good brand base, as in a colour close to your skin colour just to create a nice well 'base' for your eyeshadow! I reccomend bobbi brown. also if your tryin out an eyeshaow in a shop, apply it to the creasebetween your thumb and your fore finger, walk around, keep opening and closing it and scrunching it, and see how well the eyeshadow lasts!! hope this helps
Try something like Urban Decay's Primer Potion (I know it's available at Sephora and on their website).

OR

MAC makes creamy eyeshadows called Paint Pots that work really well as primers! You can get them in neutral colors that are close to your skin tone like Painterly or Soft Ochre. If you want to boost and intensify the color of your powder eye shadow choose one that's close to the same color. You can get those at any MAC counter, store, or on their website.
I find that if you make sure that your foundation has dried before applying eyeshadow works. Make sure you don't put heavy eyeshadow on to start with. I use kyri and kimi eye shadows and they are great. They last long and don't crease so much. The website even tell you how to apply eyeshadow to give you the best look. They have great colours and are a natural company too.

I find that the Too Faced eyeshadows are excellent for not creasing or fading. I have most shades and I love them. Each pot comes with two shades, usually they are hard to find and expensive but I picked some of mine up recently for about 拢3.99 from http://www.beautyparlor.co.uk and they are fab. Also http://www.beautyparlor.co.uk is featured in Marie Claire mag this month with a discount code giving you 10% off any order if you use the code MARIE at checkout. This makes the eyeshadows even cheaper! Give them a go and your problems will be solved!
Urban Decay Primer Potion....(you can purchase it from Debenhams)

its around 拢9...its by far the best!

you can also use NYX jumbo pencils as a base...you can get them at superdrugs and its a lot cheaper than UDPP.

any cream color base will stop your eyeshadow from creasing and make it last longer.

if i run out of my eyeshadow primers...i usually use my concealer as my eyeshadow base and it works just as well!

good luck x
Use a normal foundation or tinted moisturiser over your eyelids, and it should remain there longer, that is what I do anyway, if you put it on half an hour before leaving the house just gently wipe away the excess which gets caught in the creases and it should remain their all day then.
OK well mine does the exact thing. But i have heard from many people that either face lotion on the eyelids or like liquid concealer befor you apply the eyeshadow is good to do. I havent tried it yet cause i dont really have time to. Hope it works!
Try F.Y.Eye by Benefit Cosmetics. It's an eyelid primer that finishes kind of powdery/matte, so it helps control oil in your crease. It'll make your eyeshadow color go on brighter, as well as stay on longer. I can't live without the stuff!
Use a ';Winkstick'; from Mark. Cosmetics in a neutral shade before you apply your shadow. It will stay on ALL day and never crease or smudge. you can get them at http://llombard.mymarkstore.com And it is inexpensive! It's great all around.
mix lemon juice and water in a spray bottle. then spritz it on your eyelids and face.

or if you don't want to do that, use a primer on your eyes. i would suggest maybelline.
loreal decrease!

like 6 bucks

but i got it on sale at acme today for like two bucks but i doubt you'll find it for that price.

works great.

sell it at target and walmart.
You can use Bare Minerals eye shadow dry or with water so that it gives a stronger colour and stays on
urban decay primer potion. stops eyeshadow from creasing and eyeshadow lasts all day.
