I have brown eyes and i use blue mostly
have the color of the eyeshadow complement your eye color hair color doesnt matter if your picking an eyeshade

im a brunette also with brown eyes and i find that dark shades of blue make the color of my eyes pop and the color of my hair more defined

It really isnt about your hair color, its about your eye color, but if i had to base my answer on hair then I would say brown/bronze, green, and kind of a raisin color purplish brown.
