White eyeshaddow and black eye liner on your bottom lid will make you look half asleep, and the white eye shaddow thing was a teeny bopper thing like 5 years ago. To make brown eyes pop, you want a contrasting color, not a similar color. If you put 2 brown crayons together, does either one stand out? NO! Put a brown crayon with a lavender crayon and they both pop. You're best bet is to use a plum or a lavender, and not so heavy. you want to look natural. blend the darker colors into your creases and the lightest ones on your brow bone. Use a thick eye pencil to get the smudged look, it's more natural, not so defined. Go for a soft grey or another plum color for the pencil. And use a dark brown or brown-black mascara for a less dramatic look. dark colors....to amke it look more visible,but the bright ones would also be great exept for the tones that nearly matched ur skin... avoid using like yellow...

Definately not any light blues and if you do wear them not alot. They make you look cheap and easy no matter what color eyes and hair that you have. Try some darker colors like browns and greys and blacks.

Your Lucky! because Blondes with brown eyes are universal.. They can wear anything their hear desires.. but if you have small eyes you want to wear lighter shades that makes ur eyes seem to open up and u shouldn't use a lot of eyeliner... if you have large eyes use a duo. the lighter shade all over then take a brush with the darker shade and sweep it over your eyebone..and u can wear as much liner as u wish
