I'm asian and when I put on make up i look like I have no make p on bc/i also have small eyelids. and is there a website that teaches to how to put on make up ?How can I look like I have eyeshadow on ?
Well, you just have to learn how to make up your self. I recommend you looking for pictures in magazines and Internet of women who look like you (eye shape, skin color, hair color...) and that you like that make up and try to reproduce it. pay special attention in the details.

you want to use lighter colors or if you wear medium or darker colors be sure to smudge them for a softer look. light colors expecially in the lower lids, make the eye appear larger. dark color makes it appear smaller, it minimizes. i would go to a few larger stores and have a free consultation to learn to apply the makeup that they sell. you can buy just one item, or say no thank you to all of them.

some asians tape their eyelids and apply liquid eyeliner over the tape. or you can just extend the eyeshadow up to your browbone.
