You could pick black or white, or any color from the various used on the eye. But when you go extreme with your makeup you want to keep the outfit and accessories as minimalistic as possible.

clown wear. dont do it unless its a costume. - ok , i looked at your pic and it does look cute on you because your young, i would only were black ,to not compeet with the makeup, otherwise it would scater the look to much and would really give you a clown look , hope this helps.
any neutral color like black or white. or maybe a color thats in your eyemakeup. i think black would look good though

you could either pick out one colour, like the purple


or you could go with a limited pallette like greys/creams/black to make the colours stand out and have colourful accessories :)
