How do i turn my broken eyeshadow into eyeliner?

are there any things i can mix it with to turn it into eyeliner?How do i turn my broken eyeshadow into eyeliner?
i would just wet an angle brush slightly and dip it into the shadow just when you want to use it as liner. thats what i do. if you added water to all of it at once it would just ruin the shadow no matter what you want to use it for. oh and i know most people say angle brushes are too stiff so what i do is kinda just dot it across my upper lashline because if you drag it it might be really uncomfortable.How do i turn my broken eyeshadow into eyeliner?
what i do wen i run out of eyeliner i dip a fine paintbrush in water then swirl it into the powder to make it like a liquid eyeliner. i wouldnt recomend mixing it all up at the same time though, just wet the brush when you want it.


also another tip if your seriously running low on mascara add a DROP of olive oil and it will last you a bit longer untill you can get some more
Use a creme eye liner brush and wet it and just dip it in the the eyeshadow. I agree with the other poster don't wet it all at once!
