Ah, I love this question! My eyes are brown in the middle, my iris is the brightest emerald green, and the ring around my eye is navy. So, I know exactly what you need. (:
For a fall/neutral look:
You need a dark brown eyeshadow, ( I use Palladio-Cocoa, $4 from Sally Beauty) and a light cream with a hint of sparkle (Palladio-Nude Sparkle).
For a spring/earthy look:
You need a light green with a hint of shimmer, (any kind will do) and a light cream/sparkle (Palladio-Nude Sparkle, again).
For a purple look: (this is amazing!)
Take a light purple eyeshadow and apply it on your lid. Then, take a dark purple and apply it to your crease genorously. Take your blending brush, and blend the colors together. Once you do that, you will need a white eyeshadow/light shadestick/highlighter, apply this on your brow bone and blend until you get a tone thats a tad lighter than your skin tone, but so that it still has a white pigment.

In order to make your eyes pop, you want you eyeshadow to be the opposite color of your eyes. That means that you should stay far away from greens and blues. I would suggest a brown or raisin color for you eyes. Gold would also look gorgeous on your eyes (and also make you look more awake).
purples and browns will make your eyes look absolutely gorgeous! The really being out the greens!
To make it easier you can even buy kits for your specific eye color! Almay, Covergirl and Smashbox all have kits/palettes of shadows for different eye colors =)
purples and browns. but i have green eyes and i use white for the highlight, gold for the crease, and a champagne color for the eyelid and people tell me it looks really pretty!
by putting a cranberry color eyeshadow on the inner part of ur eyelids and then blending it with whatever other color eyeshadow ur wearing it will really make ur eyes pop...=)
well i think any shade of purple will do bcus they go really good together and they make ur eyes look really cool. and u should also try some black eyeliner with the purple :)
