I have blue eyes and the colors I use for eyeshadow that make them pop are blues, browns, and greens. Also for eyeliner black or blue work really well.
Oranges and browns are supposed to make blue or green eyes look much brighter :]

i agree with meagan. try lighter colors and when you go to the store, just buy tons of eyeshadow! then it will be funner when you experiment with it!!=]
i have bules eyes and to make them pop I ware brown eye shadow and blue eyeliner works great!
