haha i heard that you should never do that on antm but i see people do it all the time.

Yes, and it looks tacky and shows that the person has no sense of creativity. Matching eyeshadow to clothing is the ultimate cop-out for not knowing how to do makeup. Makeup should flatter your facial features, not your outfit, and blue or green eyeshadow rarely looks better than a neutral tuape or shimmery champagne color. Red or pink lipstick with a red or pink outfit looks like you're trying too hard.





My trick is to do the makeup first, before you even know what you're going to wear, and focus on enhancing your features and creating a natural look. Try beige, cream, pale pink, or brown eyeshadow on the eyes. For lips, try a nude, pink or clear gloss. Your goal should be to look beautiful on your own, and have your clothes and makeup flatter your figure and your features. Your makeup is not an accessory to your outfit. It looks nice if you have like for example a multi colored shirt and you use like one of the colors in the shirt for your eyeshadow. But if you're doing it like everything blue or black, then no.

No it doesn't look weird...


as long as it's not an extremely bright and intense color on your eyes and you have the same bright outfit then you loook like a parrot but otherwise it's ok =]

just wear eyeshadow that goes good with ur skintone or eyes.if its during the day dont wear eyeshadow thats to dramatic
no i looks nice but it cant match exatly if you wear red try maroon eyes or if you wear brown try tan catch my drift ...how ived help
