What are the best types of eyeshadow?

I am kinda new at makeup so I need to know what brand to buy which is cheap and is pigmented and works well.What are the best types of eyeshadow?

If you are looking for a good shadow that is affordable i highly recommend NYX. NYX runs for about 4 dollars for a single eyeshadow and has a wide range of colors to choose from, not to mention the package actually gives more eyeshadow than other singles. L'Oreal has a collection called HIP or high intensity pigments which come in duos and the color payoff is really good, as in the colors are really intense. They run about 7 or 8 dollars but remember that you're getting two colors, and you get a lot. The packaging is really cute too because there's a mirror underneath the eyeshadows. These are my personal favorite.
I LOVE NYX eyeshadow. The single (powder) eye shadows are best and very pigmented. The trios are good, but aren't as pigmented, but a great deal!





Also, you can check out their Jumbo Eyeshadow Pencils. They are SUPER pigmented! If used as a base, they can make any eye shadows really POP! But be careful, if you have oily lids, remember to use a base! If you have dry eyelids, than the Jumbo Pencils shouldn't be a problem because they are super creamy and glide right on! Remember to BLEND, BLEND, BLEND!
Maybeline or L'oreal. The last longer, work better and get the job done.If you are mew to the make-up then let recommend this really cool mascara by cover girl and it is the best.Also go for the natural look, unless you don't want to then it is ok but it is just better to people who hadn't had much experience with make-up because we are more sensible to it and we can damage our image because the was we use it.Hope I helped!-M*LO23:)

I have a blueberry eye color and the Almay purple combo eyeshadows work great for me.
urban ddecay, max, maybelline, rimmel london, loreal (HIP only!)
I always thought covergirl and Almay were good.
