How does colored glitter/eyeliner/mascara/ eyeshadow look on darker skin?

I was looking into buying some products from Urban Decay some of the brighter glitter eyeliners and i have darker skin i was wondering whether or not it would make me look like a clown. thanks :)How does colored glitter/eyeliner/mascara/ eyeshadow look on darker skin?
