What does putting your eyeshadow on wet do?

Putting on eyeshadow when it's when makes the colour more dramatic and it basically pops more off your skin.

well if you are just using water it will eventually make it all smeary.


but if you want that wet look its what makeup geeks call ';foil';ing your eyeshadow. its reallly simple here is what to do.





put some eyedrops (visine) onto the top of your hand.


and with whatever brush you like dip it into a MATTE eyeshadow not a pigment, it doesnt work to well with pigments. and then with eyeshadow on ur brush rub it into the visine and style ur lids however u like. and viola! wet looking eyes ina flash!
It's supposed to make the color more intense, but to be honest, all it does it make the eyeshadow go on easier, since the eyeshadow just drys anyway.
